I need a little help here

My friend Vicky asked me to help her with the memorial programs for Briana's services, can you guys please help me? Any suggestions, pictures, poems or readings I will take. She is going to be having a butterfly release. Her service will be Saturday so I need to think quickly. THANK YOU in advance.

Did she have a favorite song or saying? Did the family have a favorite verse?

She just sent me an email (this one poem she wants on there)

God looked around his garden, and he found
an empty place. he then looked down upon
this earth and saw your tired face.
he put his arms around you and lifted you to
rest. god's garden must be beautiful,
he always takes the best. he knew that you
were suffering, he knew you were in pain.
he knew that you would never get will on this
earth again. he saw that the road was getting
rough, and the hills were hard to climb.
so he colsed your weary eylids, and whispered
"pleace be thine."
it broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't
go alone, for part of us went with you,
the day god called you home.

Jaime's blog has a section of quotes and comforting words. You may want to check that out. Otherwise I would see if they have any favorite verses, songs, or poems. So sweet that you are helping your friend out.

At Jenna's memorial, we read the dragonfly poem. It still makes me tear up reading it and reminds me so much of how I feel about her. Here's a link to it.

I'd be happy to email you copies of what we used for both Nicholas & Sophia and Alexander's memorial services. We had Catholic Masses for them, however, the readings, songs, etc, could be used in a variety of memorials. I'm at michele (dot) haytko (at) gmail (dot) com.
